Adaptive organizations are really good at sensing change and learning how to do new things. They have figured out how to experiment fast, often, and inexpensively – not only with products and services, but also with business strategies, processes, and models.
Organizational Capabilities are seen as something to improve on and to start from. They are not seen as to be blamed or stifled by it. Organizational Capabilities are the foundation of any Adaptive Organization and need strategic design in order to stay relevant and fit for purpose.
